Cancellation Policy

CWJ Booking & Cancellation Policy - A non-refundable $100 deposit secures your Connection Convo booking request and will be credited toward your total booking fee upon approval. **Deposits do not guarantee approval. - To maintain high-quality preparation, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. - For requests under 24 hours, please contact us directly for availability. **Post-Approval Payment:** - Upon approval, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance within 24 hours. - Full payment is due within 72 hours (3 business days) of your booking approval to confirm your booking. - If additional flexibility is required, please contact us directly upon approval. **Branded Productions:** - Require a custom quote and additional coordination. - Your deposit is applied toward final fees. A CWJ producer will contact you to finalize details. **Cancellation & Rescheduling:** - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior. - Less than 24-hour notice and no-shows incur loss of the deposit plus a $50 rescheduling fee. - You may reschedule your session online up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. - Changes requested within 48 hours must be handled directly by contacting CWJ. **Media Usage & Rights:** - CWJ retains rights to publish and promote all recorded content. - You may republish content only if CWJ branding, attribution, and original content remain intact. - No modifications without CWJ's written approval. **Force Majeure:** CWJ reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty.
